David Winston
Owner/President
Dave started his journey with Jordan Construction back in 1998, equipped with 14 years of business management experience and 4 years specifically in construction management. Initially serving as a Project Manager/Superintendent, his dedication and expertise led to his promotion as Vice President/Partner in 2004, eventually culminating in becoming the Owner/President of Jordan Construction in 2019. Dave plays a pivotal role in overseeing office functions, sales, estimating, and ensuring smooth operations in the field. His unwavering commitment to quality construction, top-notch service, and professional integrity underscores his mission to build enduring client relationships based on trust.
Michele Pieragostine
Director of Administration & Finance/Office Manager
Michele, who has been an essential part of Jordan Construction since 1991, plays a pivotal role in managing the office's daily operations. Her responsibilities span from overseeing the organizational cash flow and financial forecasting to managing accounts payables and receivables. Michele also actively supports clients in navigating project contracts, billing procedures, and change orders. With her strong accounting expertise and top-notch communication skills, she ensures that project managers and field superintendents receive the necessary office support for seamless project execution.
Shawn Drenski
Project Manager & Superintendent
Shawn joined Jordan Construction in 2013 as a Project Manager & Superintendent. Shawn provides project management and supervision for all onsite functions. This includes scheduling, engineering, material control, quality control, safety compliance and cost management while providing day to day direction of all phases of construction. Shawn has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a willingness to partner with owners, architects, engineers and contractors. He has a strong ability to identify and solve technical problems. His project experience includes general contracting and construction management of high end residential, commercial, and retail projects. This includes new construction, interior renovations/additions, and interior buildouts.
Patrick Harper
Field Superintendent
Patrick joined Jordan Construction in 2018 as a Field Superintendent. Patrick provides all onsite administration and field supervision. He plans all onsite functions including scheduling and material control while providing day to day direction of all phases of construction and safety compliance. Patrick has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He has a willingness to partner with owners, architects, engineers and contractors. His project experience includes commercial and high end residential construction with field supervision, quality and safety control. This includes new construction, interior renovations/additions, and historical renovations.
